Each of the other dentists working in the clinic operates as an independent contractor under their own Australian Business Number (ABN), running their own business and not as an employee of Mermaid Dental Studio. Services provided by these independent dentists are subject to their own terms, practices, and any associated policies.

a. By providing us with your email address in your medical records, you consent to receive marketing communications from Mermaid Dental Studio. 3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

a. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. This policy is in place to ensure that our clinic can operate efficiently and provide appointment availability to all our patients.

b. Any history of short-notice cancellations or failure to attend an appointment will result in booking deposits being required for all future appointments.
